HOW DO I USE CORJL?
Once you place your order, you will receive an email sent from Corjl to the email address you provided in your order. The email may take up to 5-10 minutes to appear in your inbox. Click on the provided link in the email to access your items. You will be redirected to Corjl’s website where you will be prompted to create or login to your Corjl account.
From here you can start editing your digital items. You will find detailed instructions on the page to assist you with this. After finalising your edits, save and download your files either as a PDF or JPEG. You then have the option to print your files using either a home printer or printing service.

HOW DO I PRINT MY FILE?
In Corjl, click on the ‘Download’ button. Please note that there is a download limit of 5 downloads for each item in your order.
You will have the option to either download your file as a JPEG or PDF. Depending on what format you’ve chosen, you will see some other options available such as paper size, bleed marks, trim marks and multiples per page. Please refer to the instructions in Corjl for a detailed explanation on these settings.
After downloading, find the file in your ‘Downloads’ folder. You then have the option to print your files using either a home printer or printing service. If printing at home, make sure that the file prints are 100% or ‘Actual Size’ in the print settings.
DO YOU OFFER PRINTING SERVICES?
We do not offer printing services at this time.
Depending on the design, it can be printed at home, at a local print shop, or online.
CAN I CHANGE THE BACKGROUND, COLOUR OR SIZE?
Please note that the background graphics, colour or sizes cannot be edited by the customer.
CAN I SEND DIGITALLY VIA TEXT, EMAIL, FACEBOOK ETC.?
If you’ll be sharing digitally, simply select the button that defaults to PDF in Corjl when downloading and choose JPG format, which is perfect for sending via text, messenger, email etc.
HOW COME I HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY FILES YET?
It can take up to 10 minutes for Shopify to communicate your order with Corjl. Please check the email you provided in your Shopify order to make sure you are checking the right inbox.
If you can’t access your order after 10 minutes, please send an email to shop@meganhess.com and we’ll have a look to see if there are any issues.
CAN YOU CREATE CUSTOM DESIGNS?
We currently do not offer custom designs.
