My first trip away this year was to the incredible Palazzo Versace Hotel.
The first Fashion branded hotel in the world never disappoints. I’ve been staying at luxury Palazzo Versace for many years and it always feels like I’m escaping to a faraway land… A land where everything is covered in beautiful colourful silk Versace prints, rich gold accents, and that signature Medusa motif.
From the heavenly pool (ask for their cocktail list) to the mouth-watering dining (best breakfast ever!) to the incredible suites and their award-winning service. It’s truly a hotel experience like no other. The surrounding beaches on the Gold Coast are also not to be missed – the pinkest sunsets that I’ve seen in a long time.

Another slice of decadence is their wonderful High Tea (you all know that I LOVE a high tea). The surroundings are too lovely for words and it’s something you can book and visit even if you’re not staying at the hotel. The petite sandwiches with egg and cream cheese are perfection.
The only downside is checking out (cue tantrums and tears!) but the minute I walked out those golden doors, I started planning my next visit!
