Every time I return to Paris, I am reminded of why I love it so much. One of my favourite things has to be watching the sky turn into a beautiful pink as I marvel up at the Eiffel Tower. Being able to witness it while sipping on a hot chocolate on a cool November afternoon is one of those simple pleasures that I will never tire of. When the sun is down, the Eiffel Tower isn’t the only thing that glitters this time of the year; the streets are now decorated with sparkling decorations and it has made me so excited for Christmas!
But my trip wasn’t just spent staring at the Eiffel Tower and admiring the Christmas lights at Chanel Rue Cambon all day – as easily as I could’ve done just that! I was lucky enough to be in Paris when my revised edition of Paris: Through a Fashion Eye was released! The wonderful people at Le Bon Marché hosted me for a book signing – thank you to everyone that came!

After parading down the streets of Paris, it was so wonderful to return back to the hotel suite to relax. This trip I stayed at the Westin Vendôme in the most perfect room! It’s in such a wonderful location, the balcony had a gorgeous view of the Tuileries across the street. The suite itself was just so perfectly Parisian I fell in love with it and can’t wait to stay again.
As always, every trip to Paris never feels long enough! But I am so happy I was able to be there for the release of the updated special edition of Paris: Through a Fashion Eye and to embrace some of the magic of Paris at Christmas time. Now to dream of my next adventure…
